We have had plumbing and heat and air done. Cayden Eubanks was very friendly and easy to talk to. Was very thorough and able to answer or get answers for any questions. Finished the work same day.

Jamie did an excellent job on my faucet and it looks great. We just built a new house and moved in a month ago. Jamie changed out our chrome kitchen faucet to a new style bronze faucet and it looks awesome. He’ll be back for the bathrooms and showers for sure! Thanks again.

These guys are fantastic! We had an emergency with toilet backing up into shower & they were here within an hour! This company is amazing! They were incredibly professional, explained everything in detail and listed options. Bryan is our usual technician but we have also used Chris and Jeff, and they are all top notch. The quality of the work is always immaculate, and five star quality. The office staff is also very nice, professional, and diligent. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Bill was super professional and awesome! I called My Plumber first thing this morning and the lady I spoke with was super nice-she advised me that I would receive a call when someone was on the way--quick service--Bill arrived and immediately advised me of the issue with my hot water tank and he also said a hello to my two dogs which I loved too! He gave me the time frame of work to be completed, estimate and even waited patiently for me to return home from leaving my home for a few hours--I would highly recommend Bill!! He is the best and super professional! Will definitely use My Plumber and Bill again!

We were very happy with the service provided by Jimmy at My Professional Plumber. He was knowledgeable, capable, and very thorough in not only his diagnosis, but also in how he completed each task. I was also appreciative of his honesty when he explained what he could not repair at the time because of a lack of the correct parts or equipment. Jimmy cleaned up well after each project he accomplished and was very a very pleasant person to have in our home to conduct repairs. I must admit I was surprised with the cost of some of the projects accomplished, but I will concede that I have not had plumbing work done in quite a while and costs of course are always going up. Even with the cost of the job, I would rate Jimmy at My Professional Plumber very highly and recommend you give him and his company an opportunity to give you an estimate for your project or repair.

We called My Professional Plumber to help us with a problem of water in a hallway. We didn’t know if it was a broken slab or some other issue that caused the problem. We just knew there was a damaged floor with no cause of the water viewable by us. Bryan came and did an extensive search of the culprit. While he was here, our insurance adjuster came, and Bryan helped us with describing the issue and communicating with the adjuster. It was valuable having him describe in terms we couldn’t have used. Bryan spent all day diagnosing and solving our issue. He was timely, professional, and engaged with the customer. Dealing with My Professional Plumber and Bryan was a great experience in a bad situation.

I’m very pleased and will definitely use My Plumber again! I needed same day service and someone was sent within a couple of hours. My plumber was very nice and respectful. He wore shoe covers, explained what he was going to do, gave free advice and when the job was completed he asked if there were any other issues in the house that I’d like him to look at. Wonderful experience!
